The Peptide Universe

Not all peptides
do the same thing.

There are hundreds of peptides being studied right now — each one sends a different signal to your body. On the class we'll map the main families so you finally know what's what.

BPC-157, TB-500
Recovery & Repair

BPC-157, TB-500

The peptides athletes whisper about — studied for tendon, gut and tissue repair signaling.

GH Secretagogues
Growth & Performance

GH Secretagogues

Ipamorelin, CJC-1295 and friends — the family that gets confused with steroids the most.

GLP-1s, Epitalon
Metabolic & Longevity

GLP-1s, Epitalon

From appetite regulation to longevity research — the category quietly reshaping medicine.

A class, not a sales pitch

YOU LEAVE
actually understanding.

Most of what's online about peptides is half-true, half-hype, and almost always trying to sell you something. This is the opposite: one hour with a doctor, a whiteboard, and the exact foundation you need to think for yourself.

By the end of class you'll be able to answer — out loud, in your own words:

  • What is a peptide, really? (without the jargon)
  • How do peptides actually work in the body?
  • Why is everyone suddenly talking about them?
  • Which myths are flat-out wrong — and why?
  • How do I spot a sketchy peptide vs. a real one?
  • What should my first questions be before going further?

Actually no — peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks as the protein in your food. Steroids are hormones with a completely different structure and mechanism. I'll walk through the exact difference on the live class.

Not even close. Different peptides send completely different signals — some target repair, some target appetite, some target sleep. There are entire categories most people don't know exist. We'll cover the main ones in plain English.

if a peptide site looks legit and ships from the US it's basically safe to use… right?

I wish that were true. The peptide market is full of unregulated, untested products — purity, dosing, and labeling are all over the place. There are 4 specific questions you should ask every supplier before trusting them. We'll go through each one.

honestly I tried reading about peptides and it felt like I needed a biochem degree just to understand the first paragraph 😩

You absolutely do not. That's exactly why I built this class. Zero jargon, no medical background needed — if you can follow a recipe, you can follow this. By the end of the hour the whole topic will click.
